Kat Jennings is a character in Final Destination 2 and a survivor of the Route 23 pileup.

After an accident fire fighters come to Kat's rescue. The fire fighter jams a J.A.W. into the door and deploys the airbag in front of Kat, slamming her head back onto the sharp-ended pipe that missed her earlier. As the airbag goes down again, the pipe is seen coming from Kat's head.
