Clear Rivers is a character in the film Final Destination and it's sequel, Final Destination 2.

She is the only character from the first film to survive into the second (although she dies in the second film) and is one of only two characters in the entire franchise to appear in more than one film (Bludworth, the mortician, also appears in the first two, and his actor lends his voice to the third).
